Was walking back home around 9:30 PM today via the sidewalk between 11th and Galaxy North Avenue. It wasn’t pitch dark, but dim enough.
Saw a mother with her kid and a pitbull. And guess what , she literally let her child pee right on the footpath… the same path people were actively using.
I was honestly stunned. By the time I realized what was happening, it was too late to even take a picture. When we crossed, I gave a pretty obvious disgusted look, and she had the audacity to look back at me like i was the problem.
I shifted here thinking this area had relatively luxurious flats and, naturally, more decent and responsible people. But moments like this really make you think twice.
Is basic civic sense too much to expect? and seriously, why do some people leave their dog’s poop on the footpaths like they own the streets?
