
Strength increase speed to avoid injury
I’ve been increasing my over all strength by about 1,5-2% monthly for a year now and I was wondering how long this can be done and still avoiding issues or prevent injury?

I’ve been increasing my over all strength by about 1,5-2% monthly for a year now and I was wondering how long this can be done and still avoiding issues or prevent injury?
I'm 28 years old and ive just gotten back to the gym since 1 year ago. I used to be able to work out 6 days a week back when i was 20. Now when i'm starting to regain my strength my body starts to ache. Elbows, lower back, neck etc. Does anyone have any solutions? Currently i work out about 2-3 days a week so its not working out too much.
