Is NHL Stenden Meppel a good choice?

Hello, I'm looking into studying in the Netherlands in around 2028. My first choice was Psychology but I don't speak Dutch yet and English courses will be phased out by then

I'm now looking at a bachlor in Education instead. There are very limited education courses in English that I've found, which the main one being at NHL.

I know it's not a real university and I wouldn't be able to teach in the Netherlands, but I plan to teach at an international school if possible anyways. My main concern is whether the English taught course is likely to be around by the time i'm applying. I know there's no way to be certain but I'd love some insight.

I would also really like to know how Meppel is. I know it's on the smaller side which I don't love, but will it be easy for me to visit over cities? I live in a suburban area right now and I really want access to a city.

Also if anyone has suggestions for other universities or majors for me (people/humanities focused) to look at that'd be great .
