To give you some context. I am preparing to attempt the Epso AD5 competition. However, I am also a person who wants to experiment with side hustles, start small businesses alongside my main job and try different things. Now I know that you must obtain a permission as an EU official to do such things, but that's all i know. I would like to know how likely are you to get permission to do things given that it should not have a conflict of interest, and also how loose is the definition they use for conflicts of interest, as if you loosen it enough anything could be in conflict. Should i totally abandon the EU as an option if i am a person who wants to have multiple sources of income until i find the most remunerative one?
