In the Russian film The Barber of Siberia, there is a scene set at the Kremlin in 1885. It's a ceremony for Tsar Alexander III, who is known for making the white-red-blue tricolor the official flag.
However, another flag - red with gold - gets a central role in the scene. What is it?
