Hello all,

I'm a general contractor myself and this home is actually my sister's. I went down in the basement with her and quickly noticed what looks to be asbestos duct wrap in a few locations. Do you think it's likely asbestos? What are the thoughts on it's current condition? How dangerous is this currently and given use of the space for laundry the past 2 years? Is it immediately time to address?
