So the scene was a n ox faced a serious injury to his toes and the toes are opened up some of its flesh also craped out and rarely walking on the busy strict in front of Angul district court i was there without any support called the help line and guess what the person on the called or so called chadar mad just asked me the ward no. Even though I said the exact location in the busy street just in front of angul district court how can be that ruined mann....actually they are not intends to help they are just for have their pension in future and to be corrupt...Jai modihh😭🥀
