Client doesn’t want to pay
Did this stamped concrete pad, at the end of the project client inspected pad upset about chips in concrete.
These were minor, I offered her a discount on completed project. Instead she wants me to demolish it and do it again.
I got a few other contractor friends to come out and see the project and they all said she’s tripping.
I added those cut lines at the edges of the concrete because lady asked me to add borders after the concrete was dried.
What would you guys do she doesn’t want me to patch it because she says the color won’t match and that her son in NYC that works for a general contractor says this work is not acceptable in residential. Kid never left the office
