Hello, I'm making a cyberdeck, and I really want a place to get ROMs safely. I'm mainly looking for Dreamcast ROMs with Marvel vs Capcom 2 or any others. Thanks for your time

I've been wanting to build a cyberdeck for the main purpose of using it as a retro emulator for the childhood games I played when I was a kid. The only problem is getting started. I have a Raspberry Pi 5 and was also wondering, depending on the input delay, if it's possible to not only have a keyboard but an arcade-style joystick and button as an attachment (I might do USB or do my own PCB). What would you guys think I need to add or do to make sure this can run right, and any tips in general? Thanks
