For context I’m in for over 60K shares and see the vision of where EMJX is going. Taking off the rose color glasses for a second and really weighing the possibility of a split if we can’t regain NYSE compliance in the months following the close.

Institutions tend to stay away from sub $1 stocks so this could be a big hurdle for us to really takeoff. Really hoping the initial merger hype can push us past and sustain $1 but I’m trying to be realistic of what the stock looks like a month or two post merger.

Would a split that’s phrased as more of a “stabilization” split rather than an “oh shit we need cash now to survive” split be a huge issue?
