u/Ill-Frame-208

I am noticing that my handlebar is moving a tiny bit to one side after some rides, even though I have tightened everything in the correct order and to the right torque. I don’t notice any play in the handlebar either when holding the brakes and rocking back and forth. I’m not quite sure what is could be, but I added a picture of how the steerer tube looks like under the top cap, is there maybe to little space for under it? Maybe I should put one more spacer under there?

Is everything here as it should be?
