Dog keep puking bile but vet isnt worried

My dog (2 year old female, 80lbs) has been puking bile. It happened first thing in the morning when she has an empty stomach. We added a meal before bed because of that. She then started throwing up bile around lunch time. We added a lunch for her. And then she started puking bile right before dinner and sometime before bed. It is always bile and seems like when her stomach is empty. She seems like she cant do more than 5-6hours without food. I cant seem to find any correlations other than empty stomach. We are feeding her4 time a day with snacks in between and she still throw up bile. The vet doesnt think anything is wrong with her just acid in stomach and needs to feed small meals throughout the day. I have called and asked to get her seen but she doesnt think it is necessary.

What should I do? Should I push more to get her seen? Should I get an automatic feeder? I am at a loss because she keeps puking bile and I cant keep up with the small meals because I work full time and cant be at home all the time. She is in good mood and energy. Nothing else seems to be off except this puking on empty stomach.

I have this tall and very heavy lamp. The shade is super heavy. The finial is loose so the shade tilts to one side. The finial can be screwed tight. The harp does not move neither, but the base/stud the finial sits in rotates ever so slightly, so when the heavy is on, the shade moves with it. The thin piece of metal wrap around the top of the harp I think is a little loose ( pic 2). What can I do to fix this? Can I buy a harp and replace it without changing out the saddle? Can I try to clamp it with a tool and see if i can tighten that thin piece of metal wrapping around the top of the harp? Can I put some glue in there where the top of harp connect with the finial base so that it stops moving?

I thought I ask here first before I do something stupid and break something... thank you.
