At some point this year my Grandma will be selling her bungalow and I will be beneficiary from a trust meaning that I will receive approx £37,000.

Does this have any tax implications for me? I am a basic rate taxpayer, earning below the threshold.

The trust was never registered by her solicitor as it was done 24 years ago. He was very vague on the tax implication so now I am unsure and want to do the right thing.
