I got tired of vague AMT salary ranges, so I spent a few months mapping actual career progression for A&Ps in the PNW — Alaska, Boeing, UPS, regionals, and local schools.

One thing that surprised me: the gap between cargo and commercial maintenance gets much bigger after the first few years.
