Ex husband financed new furnace through gas company.

I purchased my home in 2017 when my ex husband and I were dating. He put the gas and electric bill in his name (I honestly can’t remember why). I have always been the sole owner of the home. I paid all the bills including the ones in his name.
My ex husband and I married in 2018. His name was never added to the deed of the home.
In 2019 he financed a new furnace and central air system through the gas company. I continued to pay the bills. He ever paid anything toward it.
In 2023 we got divorced. I changed the electric and gas bill into my name. However, the gas company stated they cannot put the furnace and central air system loan into my name. He has never made a payment towards the loan. This fall it will be 3 years without a single payment made. He failed to disclose this debt in our divorce decree as well.
Can the gas company put a lien against my home due to the unpaid loan he has?
