Hi! Me and my family just moved from California to Georgia. On late march of this year, I bought a used car from autonation toyota dealership in buford. After a month, I received the official license plate but no decal. I also checked online and they said my title is still in process. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I haven’t received my decal. What do I need to do in this situation? Thank you so much for ur help!!!!
