Tips on how to not trigger high HR but also combat fatigue

I have extremely bad heart rate anxiety that started 6 years ago and has daily been a problem since. I constantly am checking my HR and BP and body scanning. I have been to multiple cardiologists and they said I am fine… But why do I always get random long leafing periods of high resting HR. I don’t mean like for a few hours I mean like resting 120+ for weeks. I eat healthy exercise don’t drink take vitamins. But the constant anxiety ruins sleep and i’m constantly tired. I drink caffeine and sometimes it makes anxiety 100x worse and other times it’s completely fine. I just feel like there is no trend with my HR and when it gets fast and things that might affect it…
