I have been locked out of my account because i thought it was 'funny' to put a low age in, i thought it was a poll from within a community server im part of. Now i lost acces to my beloved discord account, impact is me losing a lot of contacts.
Yes i realise this is a user error.
My discord account is very old and one of the earlier ones.
Im unable to follow the advised steps from discord support clyde, re-verifying my age. because i cannot get in to my account, because its locked/disabled.
Clyde also suggested to create a support ticket at K-id helpdesk to confirm my age, but they are also unable to help me because they realise the steps that need to be followed are only available to those who can still login to there account.
Im unable to reset my password or follow any other recovery steps as the error message will pop saying : youre account has been locked.
I have my identity documents scanned and ready to be sent to whoever needs it to 'verify my age'.
I have tried to call discord office in both morning and evening in USA and Europe, to no success.
Amsterdam comes back saying the google client is no longer available, and the usa one is a recording box where you can just leave a message.
I have tried to bypass the clyde support bot, with multiple different general descriptions or none at all for the bot to filter, but still get the same resolutions within seconds suggested with the ticket closed.
In the past i never had bad intent of breaking laws or rules nor do i now. Can somebody from discord support please assist?
Also i would like to point out this is not customer support.
