Hi, I am looking for an awning for a small deck. It's 11ft by 6 ft so it would only need to crank out about 5ft. I was looking at a 12ft x 8 ft. The deck is full sun. Plus there is a part of the roof from another level that ends in that space so won't be able to install too high to have much of a pitch. I got a few quotes from companies and I didn't get anything less than $4500. We don't want to spend that. I am in NJ so would need is to retract in for winter and put a cover on it. I also can do manual, not motorized. Anyone have the Awntech Key West awning from Lowes or Home depot? It's about $1600 and then I would need to find someone to install it. Or any other brands that are decent in that price range?
