hi, has any1 here nag apply sa recent job openings ng lgu-gensan? what’s ur experience? is it rlly possible na mahire without a backer like sheer faith and pure credentials ra? i had my interview there last wednesday and mind u, we r all 13 candidates fighting for 1 position and i think around 2-3 candidates only were coming from the external and the rest kay internal na like sa lgu-gensan na sila gawork and ni apply for that specific position. daghan pa actually na open positions na almost similar ang applicants/candidates internally during that interview. sooo, naa kaya diri na nahire jud based on pure credentials and sheer faith without backer?
