How has your experience been with construction quality, possession timelines, maintenance, after-sales service, etc?
Getting mixed opinions online, so wanted to hear real experiences from people here before considering one of their new projects.
Nobody is taking water issues seriously.
This is a premium society in Noida where residents had to queue for water during shortages.
And it’s not just Noida. Many cities across India are heading the same way.
Nothing will be done until it’s too late.
Meanwhile ultra dense projects with pools & fountains keep coming up.
I’m evaluating a few property options and heard that a big chunk of maintenance costs goes into lift maintenance.
Is that true?
If yes, wouldn’t high-rise apartments with 20-30 floors end up having higher maintenance compared to buildings with, say, 7–10 floors?
How much would be the difference typically?
People who’ve actually made money in real estate, how did you do it? What worked for you?
Did you buy at pre-launch and sell later?
Hold plots long term?
Or buy resale property and rent it out?
