Son is 13u, playing at AAA level and admittedly, the transition to the year has been tough. Feel like the adjustment to pitching velocity and talent of pitching pitchers has exposed swing flaws and is damaging his confidence. Looking for perspective as we start to think about 14u, am I better off looking to step down a level to AA and focus more on mechanics and strength or keep with the higher level competition and hope he can battle his way out of it?
