Took exam today and failed by 4 questions

Hi guys, Its great to have a community like this. I took the ITIL v5 exam today after studying mostly ITIL v4 material for the past 3 months and I got 22/40. It was initially disapointing as you can imagine but I will pick myself up and go for it again soon. The first half of the exam felt like I had not seen it before even after doing about 8 mock v4 tests and passing 7 out of them. Now I am just wonder what I could have done differently. I would appreciate if you have any resources or tips you could share to help me have more of the v5 knowledge to join onto my existing v4 knowledge before I book the test again in the nearest future. Thank you
