Accessibility ticket LA Game
I have a wheelchair accessible + companion ticket to the Iran v New Zealand game in Los Angeles on June 15th. My grandpa originally bought the tickets for us to attend together but was hospitalized early last month and now has a live-in caretaker. Given his current health situation, he cannot attend an event like the WC in just a month, but he still wants me to attend for the experience. I don’t want to take accessible seating away from someone who needs it obviously, so I’m wondering if there’s any way to reassign my tickets to different seats in the same category. I tried calling to explain my situation but there was no live agent to talk to. I also emailed on the FAQ support page but received an automated email that didn’t actually answer my question. On the FAQ it says ticket holders who don’t need the accessibility seats will get their tickets canceled or reassigned to different seats. Obviously, I’d rather resell than have them canceled but would be interested in reassigning if that was an option. Does anyone have any advice on this? I don’t know if they’d ask for proof but I can like…ask for my grandpa’s doctor to sign off that he was hospitalized and can no longer attend? Idk
