Did AFM delete and have to take to HP tuners for tune to clear CEL light, should I dyno tune while I’m there?

Like the title says, I just did the Texas speed AFM delete kit on my 2022 1/2 suburban with the 5.3. I have to take it in to get tuned to clear the check engine light codes for the oil solenoids, for an extra $400 I can also get it dyno tuned. Do you all think I would get any benefit from dyno tuning or should I just leave the base tune seeing that I did not change the cam profile?

I just did the Texas speed AFM delete kit. All new non AFM cam and lifters and the works…. How do I get the codes cleared so I can run without a check engine light. The ecm is looking for lifter solenoids that no longer there. It looks like Diablo sport only goes to 2022.5 and mine just be last 22 because it’s not working. Is this something I can do at home or need to take it to a tuner?
