Trying to plan a birthday dinner with friends who aren’t from the area and don’t think Baltimore can be a good night out spot! Everyone wants to a reason to really dress up and go somewhere nicer for dinner/drinks.. I’d like to wow them. Maybe a little trendy not too stuffy we’re in our 20s. I will take any recommendations!
