i have the nintendo switch with the account signed in and the password to the account. am i still able to change the email? for context the email no longer exists

Wanna buy a switch 2 and sell my original switch, am i able to move all my save data across to the switch 2 with my sd card and account or do i have to use some kind of data transfer feature?
