Hi, so I have been having a issue with my x5 hybrid 2017. Two months ago I started to have some problems with electronics. Car play randomly turning off or not finding phone, OBC randomly restarting and at the same time max eDrive stopped working completely.
Went to a dealer and they said that they cant do anything because they think that IGLA is doing it. Went to disconnect it and than had another appointment and my dealer. They said that they found the problem - which was my second battery was running bad so they got that replaced.
Tried the eDrive immediately after my dealers visit and it wasnt working, but i figured since the battery is empty it should get charged for it to work.
3 mins ago i charged it fully and have the same error. Not sure what to think of the dealer as it looks like they have no idea what the problem is. Any tips on what to get cheched or how to resolve this? Much appreciated!
