I haven’t vaped in 5 months, but 2 days ago I decided to buy a new vape. yesterday I took a few hits while I was playing videogames, and after a couple minutes I noticed that my breath was getting a bit heavy and my chest felt tight.
I didn’t really worry abt it at first cuz it’s wasn’t something new, but then it got worse, the tightness got worse and I started panicking a bit (which made it even worse). this feeling lasted for abt 2 hours and then it slowly went away.
I’m not a smoker, I only vape once every few months and i’ve probably finished like 4 vapes in my whole life, as i said before, heavy breathing isn’t something new to me, but chest tightness right after smoking is. I thought maybe it was the nicotine, or maybe it was just my lungs reacting to the smoke again.
should I worry abt this? or is this a normal experience?
