Realistic new player experience?
Hello!
Thanks to the crucible and following streamers like Zizaran, I’ve gotten really interested in trying out the game. It ticks a lot of my boxes.
However, due to watching a lot of youtube videos and guides about the game, I have no idea what to expect as a new player.
One video says it’s a great solo player experience, another says it’s the worst solo experience. One video says it’s full with bots, another says they are barely any. I’ve noticed such a wild variety of opinions and visions about this game that I haven’t seen in any other mmorpgs that I played in the past.
So, how would a new player experience look like? I can play 2-3 hours a day at most, willing to buy premium in the beginning until self sufficient. What’s a realistic view on what to expect and when i’ll be able to call myself somewhat competitive?
I am fully aware that I can try the game out since it’s free. I do wanna inform myself thoroughly since I know I won’t be able to stop if I commit haha.
