Hey folks, guest here with an observation: I've been using Airbnb since the beginning. On our most recent we not ttip when it came time to review our rental I got the expected review form - well, not really. I got an AI driven review form that gave me five choices for each area where i was to fill out my "stars" in all of the review sections. We had a great host, loved the apartment,left it in great condition, in the "write your thoughts" section I wrote a glowing review of the space and the host . I've got 19 glowing reviews on previous stays and this time I got no review. I'm wondering if the AI bot wrote a less than glowing review because I gave one 4 star in the otherwise perfect 5s for the space.
I'm wondering if this newer AI review is sending hosts skewed reviews.
Btw- reading hosts' experiences here I'm shocked to read of the crazy antics hosts have to put up with in this business! I'd considered hosting but reading those I think not! Thanks to all of you for continuing to host!
