The interaction between Nightfall's 'Soaring Midnight' and Eventide Petals + Oracle makes it possible to constantly bypass the skill's 4 second cooldown, turning it into a potential spamable powerhouse.
The video vcovers the basic interactions between the items and class, plus a rudimentary PoB, giving an idea of how I expect the build could develop. We of course lack a ton of information, but I've got a good feeling about this concept.
