I ordered a DIY 7.5 kit from Seeed Studio. It arrived quickly, but also arrived damaged. They said they'd send out a replacement. About a month later, after hearing nothing, I decide to check in on the shipment. I get the Mail Delivery Subsystem email saying that techsupport@seeed.io is unreachable. The same email thread I had already had a few back-and-forths in. What? How?
So I create a new support ticket asking about this replacement, then a bit later I get an email saying it's been sent out. Cool. I can forgive this I guess.
Then today I get an email from DHS saying I need to pay the import duty myself or it'll be sent back in 5 days. Here I go messaging Seeed again via a 3rd ticket.
For a defective part replacement, I'm sure having a hell of a time. Have others had this experience?
