Buongiorno a tutti, a breve mi laureerò in Scienze Politiche, (la triennale classica) e pensavo di continuare i miei studi in Economia e Data Analysis. Però parto con il dire che non ho mai fatto economia se non il corso generico (Micro e macro) al Università ed economia aziendale alle superiori. Volevo chiedervi secondo voi ne vale la pena? È un buon corso di laurea o c’è di meglio nel economia? È una magistrale tosta? Grazie in anticipo a tutti.

I’ve recently started training hard (focusing on Calisthenics) and I’m absolutely loving it. I’m trying to eat more than usual to up my calorie intake, but my metabolism works better than a Swiss watch—I feel like I’m not gaining any weight at all.

I tried asking AI for a high-calorie meal plan, but it basically suggested I buy out the entire grocery store. Between work and life, I just don't have the time to prep or cook that much food.

Because of this, I wanted to ask if you have any recommendations for one or two "ready-to-eat" foods that are very high in calories. I’m looking for something I can snack on throughout the day (alongside my regular meals) to save time but still hit my goals.

Ciao a tutti, vengo soventemente in Sardegna dato che ho molti amici li, la maggior parte in aereo, mentre una sola volta ho preso il traghetto con la mia macchina da Genova fino ad Olbia. Però ogni volta che metto il navigatore per Cagliari mi consiglia di prendere il traghetto da Livorno per Olbia oppure mi dice di prendere il traghetto da Genova per la Corsica e poi Corsica-Sardegna, MAI da Genova diretto per Olbia. Volevo chiedervi se avete esperienza con i traghetti e qual'è l'opzione migliore per arrivare in Sardegna in macchina (Io sono Piemontese, dalla provincia di Cuneo per l'esattezza) perchè o queste opzioni che mi consiglia Maps sono effettivamente le migliori, oppure manca letteralmente la tratta e mi consiglia di fare strade alternative. Hi everyone! After the latest shambles of Italian professional football, I’ve spent the last two/three months watching only my local team (Valle Varaita FC) and MILLWALL.

I swear guys, I’ve gone full deep-dive: I’ve studied the history, the iconic players, and the rivalries. I’ve already bought the shirts and I’ve been slapping ultras stickers all over Piedmont (North-West Italy). What I love about this club is how "old school" and gritty it is—it’s definitely not for everyone.

I really hope we can make it to the Premier League this year, but even if we don’t, I’m sticking with them.

PS: I hope to make it to London as soon as possible to see a match live at The Den. Come On MILLWALL!
