Really want to pull Phrolova in the next banner have 90 pulls but I’m not sure if it’s worth it cause many people said without her weapon she isn’t that good. For context I already have Galbrena Quiyian Verina and Lingyang all on level 70 . Should I spin her, somebody else or just wait ( if anybody cares I don’t really look out for meta more for fun but good character are also great). Maybe the new collab that’s coming? I’m not that deep into the game so I don’t know that much about meta and reruns.
