Whenever I press a button on my controller, this pops up, saying the wii remote 1 connected than the emulated software disconnected it

I noticed this is fixed when running Dolphin as administrator, but I lose all my saves. Is there a possible fix for this, or something in the settings that could be causing it?

Keep getting this when using my PS4 Controller and pressing any button, it connects then instantly is disconnected by emulated software

I downloaded the new version of Dolphin from 5.0 and now I am unable to play due to this issue, anyone know a possible fix for this?
