What's the point of having an offensive vassal if they're so weak? Is there any mod or setting in the game folder that can remove the penalty?
I want to be able to play a game where I can lend my fleets to my vassal to fight the boring battles for me. These battles involving the entire galaxy are extremely tedious and tiresome.
