Hi all, recently installed a new PSU and bought a 5070ti, and I've been noticing this artifacting in several programs, especially Spotify. The weird part is if I exit out the program the artifacting stops, and it can also move up and down as shown in the vid when scrolling...

Full disclosure, I'm using a powered DVI to displayport converter, so part of me wonders if this could somehow be the issue? Open to all theories if anyone's dealt with this...
