So. I've taken a look through the code of Frickbear's 3, and found some neat little things about it that I thought you all would like to know about. So as to not waste your time, here we go.

Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica:

While these 3 aren't particularly complicated- they all share one weird thing, being that they attack faster while you're using your monitor.

If you have it up, they have a set kill timer. Bonnie and Chica jumpscare you after 2 and a half seconds, and Freddy takes a little longer, at 3 seconds before your imminent death.

With the monitor down, they roll their movement timer instead, being a consistent 5-8.3 seconds across the whole crew on 20 AI.

Foxy

Has a couple interesting things about him. There is his anti-cheese mechanic, but I feel like that's well known enough that I won't talk about it.

Aside from that, he progresses at half speed while you're either not in the cameras or on a different tab with his camera being the one selected, and can't progress at all while you're actively looking at him. His power drain every time he's blocked also caps out at 5%.

Golden Freddy, Shadow Freddy, Twisted Wolf, and Withered Bonnie

Grouped together as they all take up the space in front of your window, there's actually a bit of a rock-paper-scissors-esque system to how they appear.

Shadow Freddy takes priority above all else, preventing the other 3 from appearing if the next flip down would have him appear.

Withered Bonnie only cares that Shadow Freddy isn't currently in your office or waiting to appear, before he attacks. Twisted Wolf can't appear if W.Bonnie is currently in your office, and while Golden Freddy can show up while Bonnie is in your office, he cannot if Twisted Wolf is attacking.

Toy Chica, Dreadbear, and Nightmarionne

Simple one I'm sure most people who've taken these animatronics together have noticed, Dreadbear will not ask for candy from the side Nightmarionne is on, and the cupcake is limited to the 2 spaces opposite him + the middle of your desk.

Yapping about Toy Chica for a little longer, actually- there's two more factors that affect cupcake placement. AI, and Mr. Hippo. If her AI is 5 or lower, the cupcake always appears on your desk. If 10 or lower, it can't appear on either extreme of your office. And finally, if Mr. Hippo is jabbering away, it can't appear in the rightmost position.

The Phantoms and Nightmare BB

Simple one here, if both Nightmare BB and a Phantom occupy the same camera, the Phantom won't increase its aggro until you've dealt with Nightmare BB.

Plushtrap

Another simple one- and one I would have mentioned earlier if not for the in-front-of-window grouping, Plushtrap normally flips a coin to tell which hall he should disappear down when you flip your monitor down, *unless* the same flip also puts Twisted Wolf in your office. If it does, Plushtrap always chooses the right hall.

Scrap Baby

Her first appearance has a higher minimum time than each subsequent appearance, dropping from 35-42s for her first activation, to 28-42s for each appearance after. (Times calculated using 20 AI.)

Lolbit and Circus Baby

This isn't even mechanical stuff and moreso just things I found funny- Lolbit's code is not stored the same way as other characters, instead being stored in altered shop prices (the stuff that handles SP Chipper, among other things), and Circus Baby is the only character not referred to with her full name, simply being referred to as "Baby".

Anyways- that's all I could find that I considered to not be as commonly known. (Even then, there was the segment with Nightmarionne which I think most people might know by now.)
