How to find parttime campus jobs in Tsinghua Beijing?

Hello, im starting my masters soon in august for 2 years but if possible i want to work abit on the side for extra income as i have no financial support at all back home. Even just around RMB1500 a month will be incredibly helpful. If possible i want to do any admin or student assistant/event job within tsinghua campus if possible so i dont have to pay for commute and can just cycle to work but im not sure how easy it is to find as an international student (ethnic chinese, HSK6 258/300 so i would say basically native level proficiency but my first language is actually english)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you!!

New or 2nd hand bicycle for Tsinghua/Beijing daily Campus commute?

Hii i know in tsinghua people cycles around the campus and i want to have my own bicycle as i think its better than the hassle of having to rent each time + the costs adds up and i can personalise it however i want eg add basket & compartments etc. but im not sure if i should get a new one from eg decathlon or a 2nd hand one?

Do students in tsinghua usually use a normal bike or an electric one?

Ideally i prefer a new one as i will be there for 2 years and dont want to spend even more money buying a new one if mine gets broken in between so im worried about the quality of a used bicycle since idk much about them in general, but chatgpt said a decent one for 2 years will cost around USD300 at least and said i shouldn’t get anything cheaper

My ideal budget is max USD 150 including baskets and locks etc if possible but im not sure if its realistic

I also dont know any platforms to buy 2nd hand bicycles as i dont really know how to use xiaohongshu or xianyu and idk how to join the groupchats that sells 2nd hand bicycles? If anyone knows pls add me inside thank you!!

My requirements are very simple, i just need a nice citybike that i can use to cycle casually around campus between classes + carry my daily backpack or some groceries. Im not sporty so wont be needing a mountain or competitive bike and im a female so preferably not anything too high.

Thank you for any inputs in advance!!

Is USD20k enough for a 2 years masters at Tsinghua Beijing?

I have been very stressed about not having enough money as im self funding and any family financial support is not an option

As an incoming student, After deducting all fees, flights & dorm, i will have around 20k USD left for any other expenses i may incur until i get my first job

I plan to stay mainly on campus except travelling 4x a year around mainland during breaks. So there should not be any transportation costs beyond buying a bicycle at the start + daily canteen. I plan to buy all clothes/necessities cheaply only.

Is my budget realistic?:
- food + necessities per day = USD 8 (5,900 total)
- total emergency fund = USD 9,500
- move in spending + winter clothes = USD 650
- travel around mainland during breaks= USD 4000
- any wants during masters = USD 1,100

My biggest concern is as i have no place to stay after graduation so i hope to secure a job immediately after i graduate so that my salary can pay for my rent + expenses instead of relying on emergency savings which i may use during my 2 years.

I grew up very poor and started working part time since 16 to finance my life, but for the first time ever i will not be able to work for 2 years with only cash outflows until i get my first job so im panicking a lot

I am not looking to find a job in mainland but studying in tsinghua has been my dream for so i rly want to do it not just for career prospects but im just worried its not enough

For those in tsinghua, is there any campus part time jobs i can do as an international student?
