Update: my thoughts got the best of me and a poked it with a sterile needle, and it’s not a wart lol I think it was a blister

It showed up on Saturday almost immediately after I moved my foot in a weird way. I can’t be sure if it’s a blister or a wart. I’ve had warts in that exact spot on my foot, but that was like 10 years ago so I don’t remember what it looked like. Like should I poke it? It isn’t super raised and doesn’t seem to be getting any more raised.

I don’t wanna pay the bill of going urgent care to have it looked at and then be sent home with no answers, so I’m wondering if anyone here can help me decipher what it is 🙏
