Just found out there is such a thing as a Neoliberal reading of Deleuze

I got it from some actual real analysis I found on Deleuze I ordered the guy’s book just to see if there was any actual argument outside the surface level. I forgot the name of it but I’ll find it later and comment it in the replies. If anybody knows what I’m talking about let me know if it’s slop or not

Just saw a post saying specifically the first half of Deathcon was allegorical to Columbine

Personally I don’t believe, they said once upon a time they were in a whole thread on this subject. But I thought it’d be fun to mention and maybe take about interpretation like what could mean referencing what in regards to Columbine even though I don’t believe. Or maybe one of you were in that thread and took screenshots unlike them. Who knows.

Cult Classic Horror movie with Terrifying Theater scene

I’ve been looking for this movie for quite some time now, I don’t remember much though. I’m pretty sure it was about a girl moving to like Maine or The Overall New England region the type with small fishing villages and lighthouse. Either that or like beach town California I’ve truly forgotten. What makes it stay in my mind is this scene where the main girl is all by herself in a red movie theater until the lights cut in and out. There’s a man in the front row smiling at her. And after everytime the lights cut out he moved closer and closer to her in the dark. When he got to I don’t remember what happened.

Here in The States we’re currently living through a national nightmare. a National Panopticon. I can feel my face melting off as flock cameras view my every move. The Vice President subscribes to your ideas. In this world as better place? Is the impending death of art and philosophy due to your vision of AI worth it? I’ve heard you cry the act of destruction of transgression is what makes it worth it. Thinking that something new will come from the fall out. This is it. This right now. Radio Signals mapping you in through your walls, babies being born with plastic in their blood, introduction of digital ID and the death of the internet, etc. etc. we are living life in a glasshouse right now because your idol broke his mind thirty~ years ago and started whoring himself out to Tech and Finance. Every prediction Fischer ever made came true while he cries that this world he and Yarvin created passes him by. This never ending ritual of capital we all are now forcefully rotting within it’s so funny I can’t stop laughing. You. You are not this new misinterpreted ruling Ubermensch. You’ll barely be able tor afford Red-40 infused over processed slop in the service sector as WEF elites read the lines of the pages you committed idolatry for over and over and over again. You are not Theil. You are not Karp. Your nobody. You’ve done nothing besides let water fall out of human rights. “Duh there are no human rights1!1!1!” Your ability to not grasp the core basics of philosophy sickens me. You have done nothing but sacrifice the world for a god that will never come.

I want to start this off by saying I’m a victim of assault. I’m sure this has been asked before. I know this has a chance of being taken down. I don’t want that. I don’t want people to argue or fight or scream or anything I’m not trying to be edgy. I relate to the weird route a lot. I got myself into the mind of Noelle a lot. Of having to constantly reinforce that what is happened that what happened is good. That it’s normal. That it was okay. That if anything it was your fault. Your fault for thinking those things for doing these things for letting it get to a point. I understand art is subjective. I don’t want my experiences to triumph over yours. But I see a certain portion of this fandom that I oh so dearly love seem to completely block out the thought and vilify anybody who agrees with it. That relate the weird route to their own experiences. To me, anyways, with full sincerity. The theme. Not being literal. But metaphorically. Hits you the player over the head. I’m confident in saying I’m not blinded by my own life since i’ve had this interpretation since Chapter 2 came out and that was before what happened to me happened to me. To me, it’s comparable to the sect of people who claim that “Chara made Frisk do the genocide route” instead of taking responsibility. If not worse, like saying that it was Toby’s thought to say the monsters in Undertale were just exactly that monsters who should or at least could be slaughtered indefinitely. I.e. completely ignoring the entire point of Undertale. Specifically Genocide Route.
