Opinions on including A-levels grades

Quick question to all of you finance professionals. So this summer I am interning at a very weak middle market bank in a corporate and institutional debt team of deals generally between 500M-20bn or so. Anyway I’m going off on a tangent. Since I am most likely doing a masters and will apply again at the next intern cycle - should I include my A-levels if I got a B in economics. I hate A*AB with the B in economics. The reason I got a B was because I fell genuinely really ill to the point I ended up not sitting paper 2, which ended up being enough to get me a B. Since UCL only required an A in maths and 3A’s or equivalent - I was accepted, so I didn’t even think to question it. Now I am worried it does look quite bad, but then omitting it could make it look worse. Please let me know what you think as I don’t know what to do.

My flatmate and I are both full-time students and have just received a Section 8 Notice from our institutional landlord. Feeling overwhelmed and would really appreciate any advice.

The allegations (Ground 12 - discretionary):

  1. Excessive noise causing "multiple other tenants to leave the building" - we received one noise complaint some time ago. The council investigated, sent an officer to our flat, and concluded the sounds were entirely normal household noise. We have written confirmation of this. The claim that multiple tenants have left because of us appears to be completely fabricated - we are only aware of one complaint, which was resolved in our favour.
  2. Accessing scaffolding that was directly outside our window months ago and posting photos. We acknowledge this was against tenancy terms. However no warning was ever issued at the time or since, and it was not a recent or ongoing issue.

Context:

  • No rent arrears - we are fully paid up
  • Quiet student lifestyle, rarely more than one person home
  • No prior formal written warnings ever issued
  • One of us has a significant career opportunity starting this summer

Questions:

  1. Given Ground 12 is discretionary, how realistic is a defence given the evidence on points 1 and 2 appears very thin and potentially fabricated?
  2. Does written council confirmation in our favour significantly undermine their case?
  3. Is a negotiated voluntary surrender smarter than defending — specifically to avoid any court record?
  4. My flatmate's family is adamant we should not contest it due to the record implications. Is this correct?

Any advice appreciated - we're both students under a lot of pressure right now and just want to handle this the right way.
