I'm planning on resetting my win 10 set up after the keyboards stopped working, I've tried to do many fixes I've found online like using regedit but I dont think it helped and may have just messed up some important files. The errors were code 10 and 43 and device descriptor request failed errors whenever I plugged in the keyboard. I only have an HDD where all my files are at if I reset but select keep my files would everything I have be left untouched besides fixing any regedit files I edited?
