Nozzle and filament stuck
Got an adventurer 5M Pro a few weeks back and been printing fine. Woke up this morning to supposedly finished print that had stopped printing about 1/10 of the way through. No spaghetti or anything just empty print after a certain point. Was printing with creality PETG at 255C temperature and stock speed. Filament won’t push through or come back out the opposite way so I figure it’s a clog but I also can’t take the nozzle off, it sticks just after clearing the red clips. I did take out the side screw to try and loosen for release and heating then attempting nozzle removal as other forums suggested but nothing doing.
Anyone help is appreciated and if more info is needed please ask. I’m hoping this isn’t a full disassembly issue.
EDIT: I was able to get the nozzle out with the filament finally. Now it’s just clearing the clog issue
EDIT 2: to get the nozzle out I took out the tension screw and removed the magnetic front plate. While holding the red release tabs I pushed with an Allen wrench from above on the black part of the nozzle which gave enough force to release everything. To unclog the nozzle afterwards I clipped the filament down as low as I could, reinstalled everything and ran a filament feed change with the unclogging spike that comes with the printer.
