Unofficial Rabin Cone Contrast Test
Hello everyone,
As a member of the colorblind community and aspiring pilot
I was disappointed to find out that the FAA tightened restrictions and no longer takes the signal tests. Now you can only choose between the Waggoner, Rabin, and CAD tests. Like everyone here, I can't pass the plate tests for the life of me.
Long story short, I couldn't find a practice Rabin test anywhere and | just began freaking out because I started thinking my dream is over. So using the post below, I used Claude to create a little unofficial Rabin test (tried my best to get it to the actual standards based on what I could find online), which I am also putting the link to below.
Please let me know your results and I hope you enjoy. This is not for money or anything, just thought it would be worth it to post if I could help ease even one other person’s stress, and everyone else here can just try for fun.
