I'm pretty sure sure the book is about Mafía. I just remember a specific scene where the FMC is kidnapped and the kidnapper hit her so badly that she can't have any children.

The MCM is also there and I think he is crying and she doesn't understand what's happening and she is bleeding and she thinks is because she is on her period.

Later in the book she is depressed and the MCM takes her to a house on the beach.

Also this is the second book. It a duet.

Please help!
