i get in uncomfortable situations with men quite alot, I always do something verbally, but yeah that only fuels them. I want to kick or punch them, but i’m pretty weak. does anyone where I can punch/kick them that will make it hurt?

i’m 15, I’ve been the same cup size since I was 9.(a75) even my little sister outgrew me and I’m so pissed about it. Maybe it has something to do with my eating pattern, since I don’t really eat, but still, idk what to do and i don’t want to stay the same size forever. can I grow them? or do I just wait
