For those that handle gate access codes for properties in CA that use SCE (SoCal Electric). Who/how do you contact SCE to advise them of access code updates?

What do you suggest or do for offsite PMs of Gated Community, with no Guard at Front Gate, only a Call Box Directory. No onsite Manager Office.
Many part time contracted parcel and food Delivery Drivers need Gate Access at hours of 630am to 10pm. Resident(s) is/are not answering call from Call Box Directory. Or the name printed on label is not in the directory, so forget about calling by name on directory. The contracted part time delivery drivers, usually do routes with a 50 mile radius and they just need to get things delivered. Their delivery company names are not typical. I feel for them. Every location is a challenge.
How does your Gated Community handle Gate Access for these one-off delivery drivers? Obviously nobody will volunteer to give access to everyone that calls them at all hours.
