I'm confused about how to do the meditations found in the book Becoming Supernatural. Do I have to do all of them every day? There are certain meditations the book says you're supposed to do twice a day. I tried to do the Blessings of the Energy Centres and it took me forever to do only the first, I don't think I'd have the time to do all of the meditations of the book everyday several times a day.
